That means you will always know the total cost of your criminal defense before you commit to hiring Attorney Cappetta. All criminal defense matters are handled on a flat fee basis. The fee on each individual case varies depending on how much work will be needed on the case, and how many court appearances will likely be required. However if the work or court appearances required ends up being more than Attorney Cappetta initially anticipates, you will never be required to pay more than your originally quoted flat fee. Monthly payment plans are available to clients who may not be able to pay the entire flat fee at the beginning of their case.

All personal injury matters are handled on a contingent fee basis. This means that you will not be charged for legal services unless Cappetta Law Offices recovers money damages on your behalf.
